Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
